We’re very happy that Chinfulfil has completed the Kickstarter fulfillment project with Overworldgame. Chinfulfil received very great feedback from Overworldgame and the backers from all over the world.
Chinafulfil has fulfilled many kickstarter project of board game before Brian come to us for his board game project.
The first step we worked with Brian is to work out the packing solution. Chinafulfil provide free packing material such as bubble wrap. But for the board game, we will use the corner protector. We shipped 2 test board games from Chinafulfil’s Shenzhen fulfillment center to Brian in USA. One is packed with bubble wrap + outer box, the other is packed with 8 corner protectors + outer box. The 2 test shipments were shipped by Chinafulfil US special shipping line service. Brian received them in 1 week. After checking the board games received, Brian decided to use corner protectors + bubble wrap + outer box for the board game. Chinafulfil use 2 levels of bubble wrap to pack. The board games are received in very good conditions by the backers all over the world.
The board games were sent worldwide by Chinafulfil special shipping line ( EU shipping line, US shipping line, CA shipping line). They’re DDP service, the backers don’t need to pay any extra customs duty and tax to receive the board game. In fact, by shipping with Chinafulfil’s special shipping line, almost all the board games are free of customs duty and tax. (By our warehousing services in China, there is no sales tax or VAT charges for most of your orders. For example, Customers in UK don't need to pay any VAT for orders less than 15 pounds. In Canada, orders less than $20 (imported from overseas) are exempted from paying HST.)
After sending out the board game for phase 1 orders. Chinafulfil system sent out automatic email shipping notice to each backer without mentioning that it’s from Overworldgame. Some backers didn’t know that the package are from Overworldgame. So we decided to adjust the shipping notice for phase 2, 3, and 4 orders as below :

There were some backers were not home when local courier try to deliver the package. Local courier will leave a notice with contact information then waiting for the backer to contact them for the package. Chinafulfil provide all these backers information and local courier contact information to Overworldgame. By doing this, the backers receive the board game timely before it is returned to Chinafulfil.
